This is a series of oneshots centered around Nick Wilde from Zootopia and Krystal from Star Fox as a couple. It is rated PG13, as this is a romantic fanfic series, but it doesn't get beyond that. Also, very minor character changes present and there are both anthro and non-anthro "real" animals in this story. Lastly, while herbivorous species still eat only plants, carnivorous species are now omnivorous like humans are in real life. Enjoy!

One Night in November
No other sight in all of the city of Lehman was as magnificent or grand as the Farthing Wood Resort. It had everything that the anthros who lived and visited there could want: grand gardens, a luxury hotel, outdoor shopping mall, luxury apartment complex, a massive theme park and restaurants of all descriptions, from simple burger joints to five-star steakhouses. From the window of one of the larger apartments on the top level of the apartment complex, a handsome young adult male Red fox with red fur and green eyes.
"She's almost here," he said.
The fox's name was Nick Wilde Longstride, and he was twenty-seven years old. He was the son of two foxes, Robin Longstride, known to friends as Robin Hood, and his wife Marian, who prior to marrying Robin, was called Marian Wilde, which was then given to Nick as his middled. His family was wealthy, and owned many of the restaurants at the resort, and his paternal grandfather was the apartment's landlord. He had lived at this apartment complex since he was eleven, and had been given his present apartment as a college graduation present two years ago. Nick wore a nice, long-sleeved black, collared shirt, a black and brown leather belt with silver studs and black leather boots, along with his golden college ring and a fine silver necklace with his college emblem on it. He was ready for a night out. Just then, his doorbell rang.
"I'm on my way," he said and headed for the door.
He knew who it was. He opened the door, revealing a gorgeous and sexy beyond words nineteen-year old vixen in a full-length, thin-strapped crimson red dress and red leather shoes. Her name was Krystal, and she was Nick's first true girlfriend. Prior to her, he had a long-time female friend who he had known since their early high school days, a pretty Fennec fox named Fara Phoenix, who, despite being only friends with her and not romantically involved, he had gotten his first kiss on the lips from and, following that, kissed on the lips and made out with when they were together by way of friendship bonding. This had been how their relationship worked, and both had been happy with it. However, a year ago, Krystal entered his life and they eventually fell in love and began dating. He looked into her eyes.
"Are you ready to go?" he asked her.
Krystal nodded.
"I am," she said in a flirty tone of her cute accented voice.
For a long moment, Nick reflected that his parents had similar accents that he, for some unknown reason, lacked. He then kissed her, allowing her to join in. After breaking the kiss, he smiled.
"Let's go," he said.
The two left the apartment, and Nick locked it behind them. Leaving the apartment complex, they headed out through the shopping mall, which had already been decorated for Christmas since prior to Thanksgiving, which had been observed two days ago, and was ablaze with Christmas lights. It was around five o'clock in the evening, and it had gotten dark early. A chill hung in the air. Climbing a few steps, they reached their destination: Sherwood Steakhouse, the finest steakhouse in the city. It was one of the many restaurants Nick's family owned. The hostess at the front desk, a pretty Clouded leopardess named Song, looked up. She recognized Nick, since she and all the other employees knew who he was, but waited until he spoke first.
"Table for two. The reservation is under Longstride," he said with a cocky, playful smile that was his trademark.
Song nodded and picked up two menus.
"This way, Mr. Longstride," she said.
Krystal followed Nick as he followed Song through the dining room, looking briefly at the anthros sitting there and eating. She wondered why they hadn't gotten their seats. Then Song led them through a doorway into a room containing a single, nice-sized table. Framed art hung on the walls. Song seated them and then left, saying that their waiter would be there in a moment. She shut the door behind her. Behind Nick was a window that had its curtain pulled shut.
"I got us the private dining room," Nick said with a smile.
Krystal nodded in pleased shock.
"I don't know what to say..." the vixen said.
Nick nodded.
"You don't need to say anything," he said.
A short time later, the waiter, a grey wolf named Humphrey, came and took their drink orders, followed shortly later by their food orders. Nick got his favorite steak and mashed potatoes, while Krystal ordered the lamb chops with mushrooms. They ate like royalty, getting dessert of chocolate cake as well. After they finished and Nick payed the check, they went back to Nick's apartment, where they spent a romantic evening, culminating in the deepest, most passionate and intense kiss the two had ever shared. It was a night they would always remember. When it was all over, Nick walked Krystal back to the apartment she shared with her family, which was on the same floor.
"Good night. Sweet dreams," Nick said.
Krystal nodded flirtatiously.
"You too, handsome," she said.
She then entered her apartment, closing the door behind her. Nick sighed happily. He loved the love of his life.
